My friend asked me if I remembered a particular anime movie from way back, since he thinks its the first time he ever saw anime. Anyway...
It was a movie that aired on the scifi cable network in the early nineties. It featured a young boy, running with a girl with strange colored hair, either blue or green. The world they were in was a desert and devoid of much water. The government was oppressive and they were fleeing seeking some legendary land that's fertile with a ton of water etc. Anyone who might know this one let me know, its appreciated.
