Looking for an anime (me too)

Hello guys! I'm looking for an anime I saw some years ago. There was a girl named Maya (at lest in the Greek tv version) and she had a friend which was a cricket or a grasshopper (I don't quite remember), and she was wearing a red dress (looked like the girl in "Spirited Away"). Well she was teleported into a magical world and almost at the end of the series, she went into a huge castle where she found a giant witch, who chased Maya. In the end she fought with a giant black demon. These may be vague but it's all I remember. Anyone know anything?

Also I would like to ask if you know where is this picture from

for the show, i am not sure, i think its a Ghibli movie, for the picture it might be a fan art of Paradise Kiss

no. As for the picture Im 100% sure its Nana. Because of the lotus tatoo as well.
