does anyone knows the ability off luffy's third gear

and i want to know if a pirate can eat two or more devil fruits

luffy's third gear ability .. he basically pump air into his bone, giving him the ability to increase his strengh ... it a lot more stronger than gear 2nd but his move become slower than normal by half.

actually anyone can eat DF not just pirates and he can eat only 1 DF if he ate another DF he will blow up ... i think it was explained in the anime when kilfa and kaku where eating their DF
