Why is naruto only 13 episodes english audio and subtitlet and the others not?
Most likely because no US company have translated more then the first 13 eps. (or haven't released there translation on DVD yet) -- Wait and there will most likely be English audio of all eps.
And you can download the rest of the episodes with English subtitles (fansubbers dose a great job here)
