and your point is? there is no hint whatsoever that there will or wont be a third season.
the final screen is (looking only at the text) exactly the same as it was in the first season so you cant make anything out of that.

It's pretty much logical. The manga is advancing a lot after the last episode of the second season, i think they are waiting for sensei to have enough material to produce an anime.

Logic, material from a manga, and sometimes even popularity are not always enough for a sequel.
I do not read that many manga, but from what I have heard, MOST manga extend beyond the anime. Sometimes an anime will stop when the story obviously isn't finished yet. You can never count on a sequel until it comes out (or the at least they start marketing it).
