Does anybody know this anime?

I was looking at AMV Hell 3 and about 16 minutes and 28 seconds into the movie, there was a scene with two androids climbing a huge steel wire or pipe, and then the male falls of. Does anyone know which anime this scene belongs to

After a little research on AMVHell.com I managed to find the song your looking for too: "Midnight Ramblers - Truly Madly Deeply"

Well the song I was talking about was in the beginning of the deleted scenes of AMV hell 3, not in the before mentioned scene with the androids. But as you said all scenes and songs are posted on their homepage, so I did find out what is was. It was actually "Black Winter Night" by "Dragonforce". But anyway thanks for the reply.
