Hi there - I was wondering if any1 could help me find the name of this anime?
I presume it is an anime movie, as it was about a japanese/chinese boy who angered the dragon of the sea. As a result, the dragon of the sea called other dragons to him and proceeded to destroy the boy's home.
The boy happened to be the son of an emperor, and seeing the disaster that struck his home, took his father's knife and killed himself to appease the dragon of the sea.
But because of his brave actions, he was reborn in a flower, and in the end he killed the dragon of the sea.
that's about all i can remember of the storyline - i can't remember names or anything. I thought it might be a studio Ghibli film, as the animation is similar but the storyline doesn't match any ghibli films.
It's really bugging me, as i remember i loved the story back when i was a kid. So if anyone could please help?
Does anyone know this movie?
