I think it was around 4 or 5 years ago or so that I saw the first couple of episodes of this anime. I can't remember the name and would like to know what it is called so that I can see the rest of the story.
What I remember (my memory is poor) is there was a girl who was not from Earth that lived in an apartment. It seems like there was a way to travel back and forth from her world to Earth inside her apartment. The boy neighbor wasn't supposed to find out, but somehow he did. Anyway, I don't recall anything else in detail... maybe someone remembers?
I think that the girl lived alone in an apartment and she was around Jr High School age (so was the boy).
It seems like there was a scene where the boy was following her and when he turned the corner, she wasn't there, but there was a dog (maybe cat) by the trashcan... ack.. its been a long time ago.
