please help!!! really old anime....

hi all, ive been looking for this anime for years now, and still cant find it, i was told this place has all the knowledge ill ever need... 
all i remember is that its based around a little girl a goddess or princess! and she rides around fighting demons and stuff, shes got wheels under her feet and thier on fire.
im 30 yrs old and remember watched it when i was really young.
the name i remember is " little nia" (name nia could be mis spelled)
please any info would be amazing...
