There's only GTO. There are multiple stories with Onizuka in manga's though: Bad Company and Shounan Junai Gumi.

I saw a movie (not anime) for GTO. It had the same basic idea, but most of the details were different.

GTO Live Action has 12 eps (a 45min), and 2 movies
