Not as such, but now it's irritating me too because I've also seen that somewhere (which means that it may actually be from an anime for once).

I really doubt that it is this, because I can't place that scene anywhere in the anime, but the ears nonetheless compel me to suggest that it might be in some way related to Loveless, although not necessarily a frame from the anime itself.
