I'm finishing up Tokko right now, and then plan on going to Red Garden.

Is kaiji made/ written by the same people who made akagi? The picture looks to have a similar style. Also is it worth watching?

Yes, I very much believe so... (The main charactor Kaiji, looks awfully lot like Akagi with that nose

, but their personallities aren't alike...
The gener of Kaiji is similar to Akagi, this time the game is restricted jaken...

(As for fan-sub groups: Triad, who also did Akagi, is on this show)

Worth watching? I can comment much on it as i'm only on episode 3 at the moment... If you liked Akagi, you might (you'll probably) like this one too...

I enjoyed Akagi enough to try any anime with the same style so i think i'll have to give this a try. I thought triad did a good job so i'll have to also look for their sub.
