Whats the name of this anime?

I saw an AMV about it. Its about 3 girls that looks a bit like kittens and a doctor/proffesor that have glasses. The girls have special powers, they fight against small guys on their shirts it says CAT. The name of the AMV is struggle bunnies (when i found it). Would be great if someone helped me.

Based on my aforementioned definition of "underground," examples of Japanese underground anime would be fan produced animation (once again, most commonly adult anime) like G-Cup Teacher Rei, Struggle Bunnies, ...

Struggle Bunnies is apparently a name for it (although it may have others). AniDB usually does not include doujinshi, which is why you may have a hard time finding it.
