Maybe they want to finish the 178 episodes of “Tennis no Ouji-sama” first.

Not possible. Prince of Tennis is liscenced as the last time I've read on their site. So they've stopped with subbing the anime.
But I want to watch it too

. This is one of my fave anime.

The group ADC-elites has been subbing One Piece and its been licensed for a while now. So I don't think being licensed is an issue for all of the subbers.
