Chinese "animes" ?

Is it allowed to add Chinese animated movies to AniDB ?

They are rather old :

- Tang lan bu chan
- Chao ren
- Honzi lao yue
- Shan shui qing
- Yubang xiangsheng
- Xiao ketou zhao mama
- Sange heshang

All these ones were released on a French DVD, and only one of them don't have dialogues, all the others are instrumental only, so I wanted to share them on AniDB.
