Take another look at what he's saying...
Based 50 years from the events of D.C.S.S
D.C.S.S = Da Capo Second Season = Da Capo 2
Contrary to the name it is, just like the first Da Capo anime, based on the first Da Capo game (or one of its many spin-offs)
Now a new anime has been announced based on the second Da Capo game (or one of its many spin-offs... =/)

Needless to say, nothing will be added without proper information, and moonphase rumours are not that.
