styled subs for hard subs?

Should we add one of the two for a hard sub:
* styled subs (ASS/SSA)
* unstyled subs (SRT)
Or shouldn't we?

I'm asking this because I noticed this:

It's AVI => It's hard sub => why is it marked ASS/SSA?
