If an anime has external subs, do I add it as a raw file (no subs) or not?

And if not, should I mention that the subs are external?
Add the ed2k to it? And if (when) I add the ed2k link, can I use html code (<a href...)?

1. If the anime hasn't internal subs, mark subs none. The tag (RAW) will be added automatically.

2. It would be nice, if you add ed2k link for subs. Look at this two animes:
