Error adding new file

Post by Zeno McDohl »

Every time I try to add a new file I get this error:
ERROR: F-1 - illegal chars in size
It doesn't really explain much of what I'm doing wrong, if anything. I have the ED2K Sum... And everything else filled out I think...

it doesn't? you had illegal characters in the "Size" field. that can also mean the ed2k field if you use an ed2k link

where "illegal" = some thingies aside of numbers in the sizefield as letters and ?&/§&/$§"$& are hardly numbers ;)

I didn't fill the size field out, how can it have illegal chars?
Bytes, notation: 'nnn.nnn.nnn', may be left blank if ed2k link is provided.
It clearly says I can leave it blank.

if you don't use the size field you have to use an ed2k link. are you sure it was valid?

Thanks, I was forgetting to put the actual link in the hash.
