Your IE6 is bugged, like IE6 is in general. AniDB no longer supports IE6.
I suggest you download
Opera or
Firefox

Hi,
Thanks for the help.
I try this:
Use HTTP 1.1
Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections
And now I am able to access anidb correctly.
By the way, I never have any problem using IE to access anidb.

I couldn't access the site with IE6 until I checked "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy" from my workplace computer. At home, Opera 9 gives me no problems. I wish I could install another browser here at work, though...

Hmm, last time I checked you could simply download firefox, unzip it into a directory you can write to and then simply start it from there. So you do not need to install it.

Or take it in on a USB stick, etc etc.

Yep, IE sucks, and IE7 sucks exponentially worse. And now, before they even have XP working correctly, they're trying to force Vista on us.
