Language specification
I like how there is an option in your profile that allows you to view mylist entries in their English names. Now, why don't you apply that option to ALL browsable entries (like in group lists and relations graphs and alike). It's just that I'm getting seriously tired of constantly revisiting the same animes just cuz I don't remembr their Japanese names and I keep forgetting I already visited them for a dozen times already.

are you perhaps talking about the Language Preference: thing in your profile?
the one where you can choose, "Official Title (Japanese, Romanji)" or "Official Title (English)" or "Official Title (Japanese, Kanji)" or even "Official Title (Other)"?

i wasn't making fun, and it doesn't apply only to mylist, i think, not entirely sure, because i search for animes through the search box, which normaly takes me to the anime i wanted.Trilandian wrote:Don't use that sarcastic tone with me! That's what I'm talking about - it only applies to mylist! It should, however, apply to everything!
P.S.
If you're not making fun of me, I apologize in advance.

That's not what I mean. The searchbox searches for all possible name matches, be it Japanese, English, Synonims, Abbreviations or otherwise. What I mean is... well, if you browse animes in anything but mylist, aniDB will show you their Japanese names, whereas I would like there to be a feature that allows you to see them in their English names.
As the message clearly failed to get through...

And probably a bunch more that my searchfoo missed. It's a page caching issue, at any rate. Anything that user preferences apply to, exp can't cache. Or imagine if he did rel graphs by pref as you suggest, that'd require double+ the number of images generated. Anyway, he's on holiday, so nothing is happening atm.
