Ecchi anime contains very light sexual themes, such as sexual comedy, transvestites, lecherous grandparents, the occasional bare breast, but never any actual sex. Lots of nosebleeds and potty humor.

I hope everyone agree with this definition. If an anime is ecchi, it can't be hentai. I think we should fix genres of these animes.
Buttobi CPU is hentai. I've watched first ep. (I thought it is an ecchi.) However, it is very soft hentai.
La Blue Girl and G-Taste seem to be hentai too. However, I cannot confirm.

me removed the genre ecchi for la blue girl and Buttobi CPU now.
no idea about G-Taste though.

haha its easy to change apart etchi and hentai.. hentai is where huge penises come out from everywher.. i think i have even seen them coming out from the ears! hahah now THATS hentai!!
