Multiple eps in one file attributed to first ep

As I've been hashing my anime collection I've come across a number of files that are seen as one ep (the first one they contain) on anidb, whereas in reality they contain multiple episodes. This results in having to use generic files to mark the series as complete, which is lame...
Wouldn't it be better to turn these files into specials or something?
The files I've noted so far are:
61213 - Ys ep 1-4, marked as ep 1
All odd ebichu files by AnimeMPEG contain 2 eps

Guess I'll just add generics for now then.
