Only a little question about CREQ

Hi,
I made a few entrys about the length of episodes.
Except for one Episode, and of course the one I entered just before all are granted.
I'm asking about the one Episode that is still not granted, because the request ist now open for 5 days (status changed from NEW to OPEN) and other episodes (many of them are requestet after that one) where granted instantly (after 0-2 days). And there is no info why.
Maybe one of the following statements are true
*) There is a bug für creq where tickets are don't show up in the list for the people who works on them
*) The worker simply forgot to (grand/deny the ticket and now have a nice holliday)
*) There is something wrong and the worker forgot about the info for the error.
The request I am talking about is creq.id=292672.
It would be nice to have some infos.
I can delete the request and add a new one if it's required.
