I've registered quite a long time ago and i'm not in the use list i tried granting permissions to get viewed by guest but still i'm not in the user list either i'm logged in or not.

If you have really granted the permissions then just wait max 3 days.

Such things will be done all 3 days (I don't know why)

You also need a mylist, or you're not worth listing. And to wait three days after first stuff in your mylist.
