Do I miss anything if I don't use mIRC client?
Really, is there anything vital I cannot do with the web interface?

No, the web-interface covers all functions - in fact even more than the IRC-Bot has.
But, especially if you're a bit more used to it, some IRC-commands can be faster (to use) than the web-interface, especially when it comes to single animes/files/groups.

Easier to use:
"!watched <anime> upto x" - saves you a lot of clicks
"!mylist <anime>" gives you a nice overview for a single anime. Something similar to the group-overview ("groups: ANBU 1-5, AonE 6, a-e 7-10") isn't available via the web-interface.

Unique to IRC:
The "!stats" aren't publicly visible on the website, aswell as "!top" and the overall-stats in "!creq".

So, I'd say the answer is "no". Coz I woudn't have asked, if I new how to use it.
