Password Reminder

I'm trying to login to my account for the first time but my password is being rejected and the reminders never come through to my email. Any help would be appreciated

You know that the Forum Username/password don't work on the anidb site/databse

you have to sign up by the anidb database on anidb.info/anidb.net site

Yes, I know. I have and that is what I'm talking about. The password reminders from there are not coming through to my email so I can't login.

I tried the re-send function, but I still didn't get the activation email.

Try it again, this time with a different email address located at another ISP.

Well that sounds useful but fails to mention how I change the email address its sending to. And I don't seem to be able to find how to do it myself and would assume I would need access to the settings for the account which I obviously can't get to.

basically if you have forgotten your password AND your email address is invalid you're screwed.
in that case create a new account.
