Question about "stalled" status

Hi there,

A-Conan is subbing Detective Conan and because they released a later episode (362 I think) a long time ago they have the status "stalled" even though they keep releasing the lower number episodes (86 was the last one a couple of weeks ago).

Is this behavior intended?
