Well I simply cant add ANY episode to mylist.
When I try to add a single one, I get a "Erro 12: epnum already in use" error.
When I try to mass add episodes, they say they have been added, but they dont show up on my list

Follow this link, if it works, you can add files to your mylist fine.
Also make sure you've read How to add files to your mylist, it sounds like you're just doing the wrong thing.
