Do you have a "colour code KEY" for your anime lists...

-I notice some anime links are highlighted green..?
-some are a little shadowed, dark grey..?
-and what do those (japan, germany, uk, usa, CRC?) flag signs in the "stat" column represent?
-also the different coloured numbers in the "users" column.. what does each number represent?

I assume that you are talking about the files that are listed under an episode in the anime page. These are files where the CRC has been verified against the CRC given by the group that released the file, so it is known to be the correct one (not one that became corrupted and reshared later).

These are deprecated files. See Deprecated Files and Suggestions for the cur. handling of deprecated files [DONE]

These are the languages encoded in the file. If it is just a flag that is a dubbing (audio) language, if it has a little white box in the lower right, then that is a subbing language.

See Whats the 17/0/0/13 on the anime page behind a file?

There is also more general information in the AniDB FAQ, Website and General sections of the forum.
