There has been no downtime in the past 2 weeks at all.

Did you only look at the page during the scheduled maintenance, which occurs everyday around 13:00 GMT+1?

i am sure that i accssesed the site in 4 different times in the day and its says that its under maintenance so what is the problem.

have you tried to reload the page?
the maintenance message might have been cached by your browser or proxy.

it worked after i entered from different link.

the PC went crazy and saved the maintenance page...
