i keep getting this problem even tho i have accessed whenever i try to access the web for anidb

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /perl-bin/animedb.pl.

Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused

anyone know about this?

planned downtime. will take some h till it's back up.
