[MINOR] File Status can't be changed in mylist

Post by Blinddog »

I suddenly couldn't change the status of a file from "on HDD" to "on CD".
Even some files marked a log time ago have been changed from "on CD" to " on HDD". I tried to put the files to the correct status, but after a while all changes have been reset to the previous state. I can add to the mylist, I can mark 'em watched/unwatched, only the storage status suddenly makes such ruckus...

I'm rolling along with Firefox 9.0, so no idea why these things happen...

Any ideas???? :?:

The "after a while all changes have been reset to the previous state"-part irritates me most... some questions to maybe help understanding the problem:
  • Do you use AoM?
  • For which files exactly does this problem occur? (If it's an in any way limited phenomenon, that is)
  • Does that state for a file change back even when removing and re-adding it?
If so: Try removing a file and re-add with "on cd" it 48 hours later (to make sure all db cleaning has been done in the meantime); does the status of this file change back to "on hdd" aswell?

The after a while part means half an hour.
I don't use AoM, and I'll try adding them directly with the "on CD" status.

Anidb Username is the same: Blinddog

And the files that didn't work are ... a lot of....

But for example: fid: 33468, 33476, 33787 and 38944 (All Futari Ecchi [Triad] )

I started a burning session yesterday, so I noticed that the status of some files was on "HDD" although I burned them 2 or 3 months ago and I'm definitively sure that I changed the status to "on CD" back then.

Well, never mind...

I logged out of anidb yesterday and logged in again today and tadaa! most of the files were back in correct status. I dunno. Maybe It's been just a problem caused by my machine.
