Email Update Mistake

When updating my email address in my profile, I put the wrong email address in. The user name was ChronoStri Please help!
did the same thing here ... put a ".com" at the end there where i should've put a ".ca"
can someone fix this please and resend the new temp password?
userID is same as posting name
