I didnt seen this title, so im not talking about its quality. But looking only for number of votes: 29 permament votes, 534 temporary votes - it explain it - if those temporary votes were permament score will be lower (most of temporary votes are really permament, they were just cast before temporary votes appear in anidb). But why this title is showed in top 10 (but is long time to end yet - 32 of 52 episodes) and the others still ongoing titles (like Naruto, One Piece) - are not (even if have enough high rating)? Why not use same method for all ongoing titles? I think that person, who watched already 20+ episodes of a title can set a permament vote, even if title is ongoing.

well,

this is caused by the fact that only perm. votes are counted for the top10 stats.
and as there is no way for anidb to know for sure if an anime has already finished airing it is possible to perm. vote even if the anime has not yet finished.
