Approval Rating

I've noticed that some approval rating scores in my profile are weirdly off. For instance, right now the approval rating for my review of Shingetsutan Tsukihime is 4.98, with 8 votes. This isn't mathematically possible, considering that each "yes" vote is +10 and each "no" vote is -10. The closest that you could get to that score would be two "no" votes and 6 "yes" votes, but then the approval rating would be 5.00. Are some people given bigger weight than others, or is this just some sort of glitchy math error?

just a math problem.
anidb's internal calculations only use two floating point digits atm.
