Default Anime Title language?

I took " Default episode title type" to mean that I can get the anime /ep title to show up in my language preference, which is English.

But I can't seem to make it work, I double checked my preferences, I double checked my login status, and still it shows up as romanji. I'd also like to add the files to ed2k as English, but it's romanji too.

Am I expecting the DB to do stuff it can't? Or am I doing something wrong?

first, you should give examples, for you might as well understand things wrong.

Take a series, write down what you think it should display and write down what it displays instead of that as well.

Because if somebody starts to explain things to you now, he would have to do just that and I think that is part of the question, not the answer.
