That bad huh??

And I had marked it "to get" in my wishlist...
The way you describe it I shouldn't even begin a test-run of watching a few eps, lest it haunts me for the rest of my life. :?

not [DONE]

I was searching the forum for a feature I'm going post and I saw this thread labeled as [DONE].

In my understanding, it's not implemented yet (or ever). Maybe it took it's parent thread label when it was split. Could a mod take care of this? (assuming I'm right, that is  )

You mean like a MyList report showing those animes in MyList that have relations but the related series are not in MyList?

Yes, but this way you'll only notice NEW series and only related in the prequel/sequel fashion. You'll be missing completely any series that are old but have only recentlly been updated and added to the "relations" of your favorite anime. Plus, "character" and "other" r...

Yes, I believe it would be very usefull too...

Right now I periodically scan all my animes' relations to look for new entries. But this is getting slower and slower as MyList is getting bigger...

I see...

Then I'll CREQ for the nearest round number from now on!
(and check the official site for reported length)

Thanks.

When I CREQ for the length of an episode...

I'm still a bit nervous when making changes to the database so... When I CREQ for the length of an episode, the only info I have about the length is from the actual file(s) I have. Is it possible that another file for the same ep (e.g. from another fansub) will have a different length? And if that's...

Exp, Rar, thank you for considering this even as a remote possibility... I've toyed with Minimo (Firefox for PDAs) but it's rather buggy at the current stage of development. Opera I didn't try, I'll give it a shot! Thanks! (This is of course very low priority... but it's so helpfull! Accessing anidb...

New CSS layout on Pocket IE

One thing I only recently discovered is that AniDB.net (with the new CSS layout) isn't friendly to Pocket IE anymore :( My knowledge of CSS and related stuff is practically zero so I'm afraid I can't say exactly what is wrong but I can at least describe what I'm seeing... First of all, the webpage i...

Don't panic!

There is just an accent on the "e" in the word "desirantes" which troubled the application (not 100% correct technically but you get the picture).

Lost feature in 0.5.6.241: Size of folders in Known Files

I noticed that the AOM built 241 doesn't show the size of the folders in the "Known Files" tab anymore.

...well actualy it does, but you have to expand the tree, click on an anime and collapse the tree again and do this a couple of times to work!

@nstgc Once you've (hopefully) regained computer functionality, please be sure to change the name of the topic you've posted in the Boxtorrents forum. :!: "DO NOT GET AniDB O'Matic 0.5.6" is not polite for PetriW who has not only offered us a great program but is also very patiently helpin...

Re: Philosophy of Reviewing

However, I really can't see how the AniDB staff can implement this. A user can easily mark the show UNVIEWED, rate its reviews and then restore the VIEWED status. :? Simple. Remove the ability to unview a series. Afterall, if it isn't a possibility in reality why make it so virtually? If you do, yo...
