I agree. While the AVI format was not made for VBR audio there is a way to "hack" that so that you can actually find AVI files that have VBR MP3. And of course other file formats such as OGG and Matroska or XviD can incorporate VBR audio, therefor the Audio MP3 VBR option should definately...
