Main two changes would be a new cookie domain and a new cookie name. Other than that the phpbb configuration has not changed.
Be sure to access the forum via forum.anidb.net though (and not .../forum/).

mylist ids are global, by incrementing your last lid you will most likely end up with the lid of another user and will therefore only get a 502 ACCESS DENIED reply.

adding new sources is like... 3 minutes work, or less.
either me or epoximator just need to be kicked enough to bother doing it :P

the problem is the 64bit integer for size values... that is a somewhat bigger change. but we'll do even that change someday, maybe soon.
