new stats get only calculated for active users. for others they just don't (rather logical as if you don't change stuff there is no reason to calculate)

final decision to this: - (un)censored flag get's limited to pron only - a new cut flag gets introduced to mark actually cut out scenes. where "cut" stands for actually removed scenes. not just covered up things. that's it. any other sort of weird stuff get's ignored. i.e. donkeys, crows, ...
