I like better simple flags.

They aren't standard... you should use 13x11 (15x13 it's the outside frame). Anyway, I like better the USA one... the British flag is awful.

My naming method as well is 'AnimeName EpisodeNumber [GroupTag]' (example: LastEXILE 01 [Ani-Kraze]).

I think numbers are meaningless for our community lately. A named rating would be much better. For me everything below 6 is unwatchable (but that's my point of view).
