It was a sudden death; the mods didn`t even know it would happen until it had actually happened. Usually there will be some newsposting beforehand on the AR-forums or else you could always check the MR-website or visit IRC. In this case, we couldn`t prepare any news for you beforehand, sorry. But it...

Re: review voting (again!)
Once you post a review for an anime, you shouldn't be allowed to vote on any of the other reviews for the same anime. Any votes you posted before that will be revoked. It's being abused... to a small extent by me as well. There's just no way to be objective about someone elses writing/opinions if y...

Could we get a status update on this? There are shortcuts implemented for reviews with i.e. 231#42 to link directly to a review, but on the review itself there is no actual link so you can link directly to it. One would think that the number in the top left corner of the review (on the same height w...

A. That's not necessarily true. B. You can't really factor that into the statistic now, can you? Neither is it true that more votes == more accurate. Based on experience (i.e. ARC Awards, but also rating-based things) it does show that voting of a lot of people doesn`t necessarily mean that it is a...

26 episodes in one day?! Wow! That's like 9 hours, not including time for food and bathroom brakes. That`s not so hard, really. If you marathon series like Full Metal Alchemist , Hunter x Hunter ( chrono watched it + all ovas in 1 sit ) or Fushigi Yuugi + ovas ( 1.5 days, although I took a break of...

also you can enable notifications by group I know that, but if I still want to decide which english group, you still need to pick 'all' or 'new', or add a file of all english subbing groups to the mylist. If you don`t, that also means all raws and non-English releases are being shown as well. And s...

I quite like the idea of building up some kind of credibility/credit as a member of the community, which can be a valuable good, which you would not want to waste too easily. Perhaps I should point this out as well: A comment on a review is something which is a personal opinion on a review. If you ...

PM formatting [tracked]
Please. Do something about it and make it actually readable -_-; It`s a bitch to quote, simply because it only comes with a single < in front of an entire paragraph. So I tried to do some formatting on my own, which resulted in something like this: === devildoll ===<br /> (quoted text) And how would...

You can use the notification-function. Set it to 'group' and it will keep an eye on the series to see whether there are new episodes/files for that group. I agree it`s only a workaround, but it should work well. I would like to see ( v1 -> v2 updates when in MyList ) this as a new feature as well th...
