Ah ok thanks I understand better :) Didn't know it was the anime ID you were talking about. I tried to use the program, but I got an "access is denied" error with a title box containing "E:\downloads\Egao [1] 2003 (1193)" which is the name of the folder I was clicking. It was als...

another approach is to make webaom add the aid in the folder name and then make an app which opens the corresponding anime page with the provided aid. then integrate it in explorer so you can just right click a folder and select "open anidb page". I'm quite interested in what you said the...

webaom renaming and multiple files movies

How do you guys handle multiple files movies in webaom? I don't see any part variable in webaom as there is in aom. So when I rename multiple files movies, they all got the exact same name except for the hash.

How do you handle such files?

Bah, I'm gonna get a new computer soon, I won't upgrade my bios in this computer because I had a lot of problems with computer lately, and I wouldn't want to break the last working one. Meanwhile I'll use the network drive to access my other disks.

After reading that page, I can see that I'm not the first to have that idea hehe. Well I'll use webaom in the meantime, I'll try to set up a DB and use the provided interface better, since I didn't know a lot of things.

Very interesting info epoximator, that was the point of my first post in the support forum. If there is a way to do it, I'll use it instead of asking for new things! Well now I have to set up a DB, but that's a good practice, it's been a while since last time :) Afterchecking the webaom help page ag...

why would it be useful? isn't it more "right" to figure out what to watch and then find out where it's located? to me this looks like 1337ness with no real usage. however, we got lots of that already. it boils down to performance considerations. Well it's a usefull feature for me since a ...

[REQ] Mylist: filter by storage text

First, the topic I made in the support forum, asking if the fonctionnality existed : here . So as I said in the original topic, I'm using hard drives to stock anime, and not using DVDs anymore. I'd like to be able to filter mylist to have only the content of a specific hard drive. I'm using the stor...

I'll try what you said gambit, but I was thinking that I couldn't use those drives because of my hardware... I've got my computer since 7 years if I remember correctly, it's my old amd 1200 Mhz. But I'll try, if I can use bigger disks in my comp it would be good, I only have one disk with less then ...

for mylist searching/filtering it's a possibility. Search the tracker to see if there is some entry like what you want, if so add a note, if there isn't anything similar, add a new tracker item. A filter for mylist would be the best actually. I would like to be able to put a link on the HDD, so whe...

Storage field, usable for searchs in anidb?

I've been using anidb with webaom for a few months now. I can't use AOM right now, since i'm using an old computer, and it takes around 1 hour to start (256 Mb ram :( ). I'm also changing my storage policy. I decided not to use DVDs anymore, so I only use Hard disks to store anime. I was wondering i...

I finally got it to work! I tried yesterday, and now I know what happened exactly. So as I said before, the progress bar did appear, but they wouldn't fill at all. After like 5 minutes, the progress bar began to fill, but it stopped right after 4-5 bars, so it wasn't complete at all and then it disa...
