Anyone know the anime this is from? Basically had him jumping from a roof, was from an AMV.

Ahh your right! It was probably saying rena-chan (not nana-chan). And the next scean also had rena with a squid (and from that webpage there is a squid named "Ikariya" that looks very similar, so it must be it

It was on "Cosplay Complex" but the person was just dressing up as her... she also said something like "Nana-chan waruko nai yo. Nana-chan iiko da yo." Which is probably a line from the anime.
