Tried out IE, all icons there, but in FF 1.5.0.4 it's missing even after I deleted the cache.

Solved: CRC of the file is 1ad13419, so adblock plus blocks it because the link contains 'ad'. Added anidb.info to the exceptions-list, now the icon is visible.

That is normal for new series or long-term OVAs. If the final EP-count is unknown, it is set to 0 until it is definite. Example: look at the anime calendar.
