yeah, that's actually an interesting point. the series that i've voted for the most are horror and sci fi, and barely any of those show up in my list, probably because i've plowed through so many of them. however, these are the ones i'd want the most! indeed, most of the things on my list are genres...

rar: i havent voted for basically anything ecchi or hentai, at all.. that's why its ridiculous i'm getting so much hentai in my list. i have voted for approximately 130 series so far.. including rare things, horror, sci fi, drama, comedy, you name it.

it isn't "dumb".. its using what most people use.. the "like" keyword for sql. you could always give the more advanced sql queries, since it would save exp time. i know i sure as hell wouldn't want to waste all that time trying to rewrite google's engine.
