AniDB

I am using Internet Explorer, and I know the proxy is on all the networked PCs. I am not able to access the web without the proxy unless I switch browsers which I am not allowed to do, or change the proxy, which is grayed out to me (I have user access)

Whenever I try to access the http://anidb.ath.cx website from school, I either a) get a prompt to download something, or b) get a website made of pure text that makes no sense at all(just a bunch of symbols and gibberish).
