Post a DB chage request on what? The anime itself, the episodes...

Can a normal user add generic files to an old anime that still doen´t have it? If not, who should he contact to request the adding?

Well, I don´t think it's that bad..So what if the productions has a delay and the release time becomes obsolete. You just request a change if you have the new one or else just leave the old one there...At least you give the user a close idea of the original release date without forcing him to check ...

I just found out that AniDB doesn't let you insert releasing dates that will occur in the future. It considers it an error. As you know some of the producers announce previously the dates.
