cause these are softsubs, you need VobSub directshow filter to display the subs and also... most if not all the media players can play .mkv, you just need a mkv aka Matroska splitter So I downloaded VobSub, but from what I understand (which is next to nothing) it needs subs... which I dont have. Innocence subs.
I just downloaded Innocence - KAA rip - File ID 77211 It clearly states that this version has english subs... yet when I play the movie it does'nt have any. I'm playing the movie in Media player classic. as this is the only program I know that plays .mvk files. The subtitles option is inactive/greye...

Dunno what this is, but for some reason AniDB doesn't "remember" me. So I have to log in manually everytime I visit the page. I'm guessing this is an issue with cookies...?
